Return Policies Earrings are non returnable due to hygiene issues. Unfortunately some unscruptulous people have ruined it for others. You may exchange a bracelet, pendant or necklace only if it is in the condition I sold it to you in. (Within 3 days). Please contact me via phone or email to let me you are returning an item, tell me which on it is. Please ship it with the packing slip and with insured mail. I refund your money after I receive the piece back. If the item is altered, damaged or not the item I created, you will be informed and your money is not returned. Please understand, some people have been known to switch jewels or gold/silver beads in item and this is the only way to prevent stealing.
